Intellectual Property

HighTicket360 grants the Client all intellectual property rights to the material developed under this contract, provided the Client has fulfilled all payment obligations. We reserve the right to withhold any material until such payments have been verified.

Confidentiality

Both parties, HighTicket360 and the Client, agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information and documentation exchanged during the term of this agreement. This information may not be disclosed to third parties without the prior written consent of the other party, except when disclosure is required by law.

Early Termination

The Client may terminate this contract early if, after three months of operation, there is no increase in their initial billing. No penalty will apply for early termination, but the Client waives any right to a full or partial refund of payments made to HighTicket360.

Contract Modifications

Any modification to this contract must be made in writing and must be signed by both parties, ensuring mutual agreement on the changes made.

Ley Aplicable y Jurisdicción

This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. For any dispute arising out of or relating to this contract, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Miami, Florida.

Termination Clause for Inappropriate Customer Conduct

Should the client belittle, insult, or denigrate any employee, collaborator, or representative of the company, it will be considered a serious violation of the established terms of professional conduct. In the event of such an infraction, the company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service agreement without obligation to refund any payments made to date or offer any compensation.

Meeting recording clause

In order to improve the experience and quality of our services, HighTicket360 reserves the right to record meetings held with the Client during the provision of the service. The recordings will be used exclusively for the purpose of:

• Evaluate the quality of service provided. Train and develop our staff.
• Continuously improve conversion and customer satisfaction strategies.
• Resolve any disputes that may arise related to the service contract.

The Client accepts and acknowledges that by initiating the service with HighTicket360, they explicitly authorize the company to make these recordings. HighTicket360 guarantees that all recordings will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with current data protection and privacy legislation.

Any use of the recordings outside of the purposes expressly mentioned in this clause will require additional authorization from the Client, thus guaranteeing their right to privacy and the confidentiality of their information.
